Mediocre food and horrible service – Chain restaurants usually disappoint me and this one was no exception. I dined at Biaggi's twice and both times were bad experiences, and I will not be going back a third time. The restaurant is in a nice new shopping center near presitgous Preston and looks great from the outside. Worst italian food – It seems that the food here comes sraight from the refrigerator, or worse, out of a can. I don't think I've been to a worse Italian restaurant in the Triangle. Sauces are bland and watery and the pizza's are overcooked and greasy. Save your money and get Domino's
Good, but not great – When my husband want to go somewhere quick and easy we pick this place. We've never had a problem with the service, and the atmosphere is nice. The food is just alright - the lasagne is not bad but the pizzas are so greasy!
I was not impressed – As far as Italian food goes, it was just average and overpriced. Granted, I was with a networking group, but the service was less than expected. The food was not impressive, with strange ingredients, and then they got the bills mixed up and were rude about it. I will not be back.
Great food – Our BNI group had a couple of meetings at Biaggi's. The food IS fantastic. Superb service. Should I say more :-)
Wonderful Italian Experience - DELICIOUS! – The menu has excellent variety. Lovely combination of flavors and things you can't find everywhere. Great, knowledgable, friendly staff. All salads, entrees, and desserts were delicious, and lunch prices were a great bargain. Highly recommend, would go back again and again. Handled a large group extremely well. Absolutely wonderful.
Perfect Evening – Dining at Biaggi's is a wonderful way to spend an evening. I dined there this weekend and already I am looking forward to my next visit! Try the Chicken Amelia, you won't be dissapointed! Our server Nick was extraordinary, he really went out of his way for us. I highly recommend him and the restaurant for high quality service and delectable authentic Italian food!!
Having given this restaurant a chance more than once to get it right they still don't. The food was terrible again, it tasted like fast food italian food. Its cheap but not worth the money. Service was terrible . The only thing worth mentioning is the atmosphere, its decorated nicely thats it. If this stays open much longer I will be shocked.
Nothing Outstanding – A nicely decorated, well executed chain restaurant. Service was average, the food portions were ample and the appetizers were quite good. The entrees were quite large, but my lasagne (slightly above average in taste) was not hot. Our tablecloth was dirty. The waitress totally forgot about us once the food was served. All-in-all, "average" sums it up quite well. Romano's Macaroni is a far superior chain, as is Carrabbas.
