Great for private parties! – I love Biaggi's- I had my bridal luncheon there. The service, food and atmosphere were PERFECT! We had reserved the wine room which held 14 of us. They printed a nice limited menu (which I asked for) that had the name of our event on it and the choices. This made things very simple for my guests. Best Chicken Marsala ANYWHERE!!!!!!!!! – I've tried this dish a lot of places I can't find a single place that is better Biaggis is easily my best restaurant in the RTP area If you have not been I'd highly recommend it!!
OK for a chain – Have visted twice and both times have had decent service and the food is OK. Both lunch and dinner was a crowded house, and reservations were needed both times. The chicken caesar is a disappointment because the chicken has a batter - one usually expects a nice grilled chicken. Also, the unsweet tea has a rasbperry or peach flavor added - they should offer that as an option, not the standard. Both visits, our bread basket was not refilled. forget biaggi's, we call it 'tasty italian' – My husband and I love this resturant and go at least once a month. It's a shame that it's in the gateway, all the consturction makes it miserable to get in and out. We love the bread basket and the biaggi butter. Never a bad meal! – This is by far the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to- and it's cheap! The lamb is so good, I nearly want to order it every time. I really prefer the Maple Grove location to the Eden Prairie location since there were a lot of children at the EP location when I went there. Our servers in Maple Grove have always been very attentive. A great bottle of wine is as low as $30. If they have risotto, order it to go since you'll be full when you leave, but it's not to be missed!
Best Italian in Salt Lake City – Biaggi's is a nice Italian restaurant at the south end of the Gateway shopping center. It is the best dining option at the Gateway (in fact the only one that I would highly recommend) and is quite possibly the best Italian restaurant in the entire Salt Lake Valley (yes that includes the rather hot-and-cold Tuscany). Great dinner spot!! – Great food, wine, and atmosphere (even if it is attached to a mall). Lots of variety and our personal favorites are the Shrimp Oreganata and their fresh parmesan at the table to add to everything.
Mediocre food and horrible service – Chain restaurants usually disappoint me and this one was no exception. I dined at Biaggi's twice and both times were bad experiences, and I will not be going back a third time. The restaurant is in a nice new shopping center near presitgous Preston and looks great from the outside. However, once you get inside you find that the food is just mediocre and the service is pretty much non-existant. The specialty pizza I ordered for my lunch was really too greasy. Great place for bridal shower! – Biaggi's is an awesome, delicious and gorgeous resturaunt. I love their food and they have very friendly servers. The manager is very nice as well! I had my bridal shower there this past June (2006) and their wine room is a gorgeous setting for a bridal shower. The whole staff was very nice and helpful, and the food is incredible!! I would definately recommend this to anyone who is interested in great steak and italian food.
