We had a new ice machine installed by Bi-State in our restaurant and in the past 4 months we’ve had to have warranty service 3 times. When I call for service and talk to “Bill” he acts like I’m an inconvenience, cuts me off and is generally unpleasant to deal with. I’m trying not to be emotional and simply state facts as they are from my perspective. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
Wonderful experience! They fixed our Scotsman icemaker and it's running great! Joe was absolutely fantastic and made sure we knew what our options were along with the possibility that we may have other problems . He was a great technician and I'm very glad we called them!!
I am a Facility Manager of a Research Lab. We have many refrigerators and freezers in our building. I have been using Bi State for years and have always received excellent service from them.
