Bi-State is phenomenal! They just completed a big job for us. I wanted a Secret Garden Courtyard. I hired their Designer Dana to help design it. I showed her my drawings and she created the most Epic design with a dry creek bed for my bridge, amazing courtyard, retaining wall, fountain retaining wall bed, 25ft long Arborvitae bed, pathways and soooo much more.
