Installation went from bad to worse. They actually dug part of a trench to bury our downspout on our neighbors property. Installers demonstrated poor customer service at every step; did not knock on door to inform us they arrived or were beginning work on our property, cut a cable line and did not tell us, covered termite stations we specifically pointed out to them at the beginning of the day instructing them not to damage or cover. Been going here for years and the owner is never ever nice and never ever says thank you! Too many stories to tell and we’ve given him too many chances. Today was the last time we will support him. We will drive out of our way to not give him our business. Sadly, I’m sure he could care less but it will make us feel better to give our business to someone who appreciates it.
