This was by far the worst experience i've had with any "professional company", as it relates to home improvement. We had a leaking basement because our existing awning blew off and these guys said they would expedite the building of the new awning and move things around on their schedule. After they had their first 2 guys quit, the owner took about 3 weeks to find a backup to do the job. Had an Appointment for a bid. He Never showed up. When I called him, he said that it was raining and he couldn't come. You think he would have at least called and let me know. I wouldn't want to spend this kind of money with somebody this undependable. Very unprofessional! I decided to go with another company that actually cared about getting my business. h.wasn't coming
