Not friendly, service guy bragged about purposely wasting my time, when I asked for owner the owner Bob lied and said he wasn’t in and then called the service guy to the front who physically attacked me and then the owner jumped in and punched me a few times
Replaced numerous clutches but they had put the wrong on in.
Poor service they couldn't look at a chainsaw for me on customer appreciation day because they were to busy. Makes since lol brand new chainsaw by the way
I just purchased a dixie chopper from Bob. The best zero turn mower i have ever used. Excellent machine and great service from bi-lo. Recommend them highly. Great people. Thanks from a very happy customer.
