I just transferred all of my prescriptions from this facility. The staff is completely incompetent, have no customer service skills, void of empathy, no sense of urgency, and have no follow up protocol in place. All you have to do is be able to count to 30 and put pills in a bottle, yet they have not even mastered those rudimentary skills. Within three square miles, there are over 25 other pharmacies, I strongly suggest that anyone looking for a health care partner seek out any one of the alternatives.
