This sucks!
Extremely rude to everyone that comes in. They are very slow and don’t have nice staff. I was very nice to all the staff but in return we get no respect. Even on the wall it says to get respect you must give it and I did. I think they need training on how to be nice and greet people.
I would not even give one started this place! I have a severely special-needs 20-year-old son we recently got potty trained which is a huge achievement I asked after trying to get a hold of somebody for about five minutes if my son could use the restroom she smiled at me and told me no! She stated it was just for clients. I pointed to a sign on the window that stated no public restrooms, for clients if you asked to use the restroom be prepared to pay the $15 UA fee.
