I was suffering from rectal itch and the doctor was great.
I came in for my new patient annual exam, and everything about the experience was great. The location is very convenient, with a nice building and plenty of parking. I was greeted at the front desk within moments of walking in, even though a sudden rush of people arrived at the same time me. The staff handled it seamlessly. When I showed up the lady at the desk named Irene was on her computer and didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes. By the time she checked me in she said they marked me as a no-show. The time was 4:45. When I booked the appointment, the lady on the phone said I had until 4:45 to come in. I told her, did you let anyone know that I was standing here for a few minutes and I was here on time? She didn't acknowledge that whatsoever. I would give zero stars if I could. Seriously, I am DISGUSTED. I needed a new PCP and went to see one of the doctors, who not only brushed off all my existing concerns but wrapped up the appointment by sharing how much I weigh and saying I should call my insurance to get approved for a GLP 1 drug. I complained to the office manager who clearly does not understand how inappropriate this was, and promised to find me a female doctor who wouldn’t talk about my weight but backpedaled when she heard that I didn’t find their excuse... read more
Never have any problems or issues with anyone working here. Dr. Palko is great and I recommend anyone looking for a doctor to see him.
