Edit 3/30/26: I had tonsillitis and the NP Stephenie Harris barely looked at the back of my throat. Furthermore they did some basic swabs and sent me home with nothing else. My orthodontist handled it, but not even a suggestion to see someone else just "oh keep taking ibuprofen, use a numbing spray for the throat they sell them at CVS and we'll call you with results on Monday". I have been going to this doctors office for many years. At least 20 years. I have had many different providers and for a bit every time I went I had a new doctor which was a bit frustrating. However for the past couple years I have had the same doctor. Dr. Palko is amazing. He is so kind and nonjudgmental. I feel heard when talking to him about my health. Also the staff is so kind. The MAs are great and such hard workers. Paula and Tabitha are the best. I love this office and my doctor.

I went to see Stephanie Ann Harris the CRPN yesterday bc my insurance wanted me to go to the pcp. My experience with her was horrible I will never again see her. First off she walked in NEVER introduced herself and sat right down at the computer i was so confused i did t know who this lady since it was my first time going to this office. As she hides her face behind the computer the entire time as she’s reading off medical history that never had occurred, or added stuff to the history that had never occurred. I had an appointment and happened to get an infection. Thought they would help me but when I asked, they looked at me like I came from Mars. Wouldn't even part with an aspirin. All she wants to do, is get paid for referrals. Wants me to go to myriad doctors for all kinds of imagined illnesses. This place is scamming the elderly! Don't fall for it!
