I’m a little angry at myself for not having written this sooner. This practice is awesome. The staff is always pleasant and kind to me, never dismissive or rude. I’m always able to be scheduled for a last minute thing if needed. Dr. Palko, I can’t say enough good about him. He’s helped me in so many ways over the past few years of having him as my doctor. Front desk is always welcoming, great with scheduling and following up when needed. I've seen a few doctors at this practice and haven't had a problem in years. Would recommend for anybody looking for a PCP
Edit 3/30/26: I had tonsillitis and the NP Stephenie Harris barely looked at the back of my throat. Furthermore they did some basic swabs and sent me home with nothing else. My orthodontist handled it, but not even a suggestion to see someone else just "oh keep taking ibuprofen, use a numbing spray for the throat they sell them at CVS and we'll call you with results on Monday".
