Bi-County Auto Body II was founded in 1992 and has been family owned and operated since that time. We are one of the largest Auto Collision Repair facilities in the downstate area. We are located at 400 E. Jericho Turnpike, Smithtown, NY. Our repair facility is situated on 3 acres and is comprised of two buildings that combine for a total of 26,000 sq. ft. I highly recommend this shop to anyone I know who needs work done! They updated me regularly on the status of my vehicle and had it finished before expected! The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful and made my whole experience a positive one!

I have a 2015 Suburban. On 4/6/2017 there was a "mini tornado" in Smithtown and a huge tree branch crashed into the back of my truck, going through the rear window. Allstate set me up with Bi-County for the estimate, telling me that while they were doing the damage estimate, I could go anywhere to have it repaired. When my car was hit from behind on my way to work, I was told to come here for an insurance estimate. I left the car here for repairs. I could have left it anywhere, but everyone was so cordial, and helpful, that I immediately had a good feeling about this shop. They took care of me right away, and made everything so easy, and not only that but called me two days later to tell me my car was repaired.
