Bi-County Auto Body II was founded in 1992 and has been family owned and operated since that time. We are one of the largest Auto Collision Repair facilities in the downstate area. We are located at 400 E. Jericho Turnpike, Smithtown, NY. Our repair facility is situated on 3 acres and is comprised of two buildings that combine for a total of 26,000 sq. ft. They do excellent work repairing your car, and they even give your car back fully cleaned and detailed inside and out! I will highly recommend Bi-County Auto Body to anyone I know.
Traci from bi-county is simply amazing! Super helpful and excellent in customer service! Helped me out twice when I was in a pickle with my car! She’s the reason I keep coming back to bi county! Five star service! The work done here is also great by mechanics very satisfied!
My girlfriend and I drop the car off last Saturday, to get our car repaired and we just picked it up quite quickly last Thursday. Bi county was so courteous and polite they knew what they were talking about and they got us in and out very quickly.If you want professional quality and friendly service by County auto body it’s a place you want to go for all your auto body needs.
A HUGE thank you to Traci & Ellie for going above and beyond with their amazing Customer Service on Saturday. They really helped me out with some scratches on my car that were driving the OCD in me crazy. Highly recommend Bi-County Auto Body.
There definitely isn’t anything enjoyable about getting your car keyed but I have to say the staff at Bi-County did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle. They coordinated perfectly to have a rental car waiting for me on arrival so as soon as I finished my paperwork I was on my way. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the turn around time to get the repairs completed. From the minute I had an encounter with Tracy, I could tell she was extremely dedicated to making sure my process with my car went smoothly. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. She was also able to help us with fixing some damages that were not we did not Originally go for.
