I love the nursing staff at BHS. Granted, my family has only dealt with the ER and Maternity wards, I cannot say enough good about them! As they are the individuals you primarily interact with it makes the whole experience of being miserable much more pleasant.
Their sleep centre is dirty. They don't change the linens on the beds! I woke up this morning to find this out on my pillow. Disgusting!
So I go to Seneca medical center today for treatment of bronchitis and coughing up blood and was told that they could not get me in. O.K wait for it here is the good part. I was told they do have some same day appointments for tomorrow and to call in at exactly 8:00 am tomorrow and maybe I would get one. Really your patient of about 30 years is coughing up blood. You have open appointments available but you won't give it to a patient who is really in need of a Doctor. THAT'S MESSED UP !
My brother was checked in there yesterday from his rehab due to mental illness. I tried calling 6 different departments and finally I found out that they transported him somewhere and would not tell me WHERE MY OWN BROTHER WAS. So uhh. I would just like to say thank you to this hospital. For now making me worry where my brother is not knowing where he is at or if he is ok.
Excellent experience, at least on the maternity ward.

Great heart doctors there. I wasTreated very well at the emergency room. they took me serious there. Great pain clinic there.
2014: outpatient surgery. I specifically told my surgeon that I was not able to take any opiate/opioid without supervision. He sent me home with an Rx for 90 Oxys. 2018: BHS Sleep Center threw me out of a sleep study at 3 AM because their tech caused a panic attack by shoving a mask in my face. Another tech had dirty fingernails. Also, they use dirty equipment for home studies; it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I mentioned it to them, they shrugged & blew me off. Avoid them at all costs!
