I not only waited in the waiting room with my girlfriend for 2 hours while she was in extreme pain but after we got back to a ER room we got to sit and listen to the doctors and nurses jabber on about other patients .... Not much to be said about patient confidentiality
So happy with our choice of BHS for the birth of our first child. Everything from the staff to the comfort of the rooms were great!
