Had both my boys there and couldnt be happier with the care we got, nurses were all great especially Flo and Donna, thank you sooo much for making it a great experience!
If I could give it a zero stars I would. I've been sitting in the waiting room for 31/2 hours. I'm here because I'm having very very bad chest pains. Hurts to breath or talk. When I asked if I can get some help They replied with there is nothing we can do. This place is a complete joke.
I would like to thank all the doctors and nurses that helped in saving my baby Javier's life on 1-14-15. It was truly a miracle he was created and an even bigger miracle all the right people just happened to be there when he was born. I am eternally grateful for all of you. He is doing wonderful and we can't wait to bring him home.
Thanks to a doctor at Butler Hospital who wouldn't listen to me or my medical chart that I was allergic to Keflex, I now have end stage renal failure and am on dialysis with no hope of ever leading a normal life again. The care I got from Butler was just pathetic. I was sent home with a 35 pound fluid gain in just 6 days. Thank God my doctor recognized the problem and sent me to Presby where I stayed for 7 weeks. Two more days in Butler and I would have been dead.
