Very good service staff is knowledgeable and cooperative also received service in time and Dr took care of my problem
After tooth filing, there was no proper response (explanation) to address the issue (tooth pain) caused due to tooth biting.
Very friendly doctor and I had a root canal treatment had good experience and Good environment,friendly staffs.
Poor customer service. Dentist does not explain procedures. She just does what she wants without even discussing options with her patients. Who wants to go to a dentist and not be told what is going on?. thats one reason i no longer go here. Also note that dental crowns are not guaranteed warranty as it is up to the dentists discretion. I now go to a dentist who explains in depth and provides various options and has great customer service.
I would not take any service from them and will not recommend anyone. I had service on oct and rescheduled for the remaining dental filling today. When I appeared there and checked in, I was told I had balance of $51 from last visit as insurance didn't cover. I was shocked. Last visit they told insurance covered all.They called few days after service and mentioned I can reschedule dental filling. I never received any bills at my address and the way they treated today is very unprofessional.
