Thank you for a great experience today! My stylist was Kendall, and she was easy to talk to, and really listened to what I was looking for. My maids are all over the United States, and Kendall was really cool about having two of my girls on FaceTime while showing off my first dress. Great customer service, relaxing atmosphere, and a really tidy and easy to move around boutique. Can't wait to receive my dress!
BHLDN is a great bridal shop. They are on top of their game! Organized, helpful, on time with your appointment and make you feel comfortable and interested in helping you.
Could not have been happier with the level of service we received at BHLDN. Our sales associate, Mary, was everything you would have hoped for when picking out a dress for your big day - calm, attentive, in-tune to our style and opinions, etc. Plus the bridal suite are gorgeous and private which made the experience even better.
