I had a wonderful stylist Maddie who was so helpful! I chose a beautiful dress, and to be honest everything I tried on was so much better than a typical store. However I do have to say their samples were sad. They were so dirty, also for a company that the dresses are ready to order I could not understand why most dresses were only available in one sample size. In addition I think a slightly longer than one hour for an appointment would have been nice but none of this is within the ladies control at the store.
I had an amazing experience-even better than I hoped for! The shop was beautiful and we had a private space with a big mirror, dressing room, comfortable seating and champagne. My consultant Maddy was very friendly, helpful, patient and was so knowledgeable! I left with my absolute dream dress, veil and hair piece! I couldn’t have imagined a better experience!
We just finished our consultation with Maddie. She made my daughter feel like a princess. It was an amazing experience.
I have looked forward to checking out the shop for awhile and it exceeded my expectations. It is a beautiful shop and all of the staff were warm and attentive. The one who assisted me, I think her name was Christina, was so patient and had helpful suggestions. Plus, I walked away with orders for a couple of gorgeous, unique bridal accessories. Thanks BHLDN!
I had the best experience trying on wedding gowns here. My bridesmaids, mother and I had a private elegant room for me to try dresses on in, and were given complimentary bottled water and champagne. I made my appointment the day before and I’m so glad I was able to get in! Kendall was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the dresses and knew what would look good on me! It was definitely a memorable experience! And I got to order my dream dress that day! Thanks a lot!
Wonderful experience! Staff was so helpful. Ended up getting my dress AND my mom's!
