Misplaced my key and lost it During the process of repairing my car, there was a lack of communication plus he lost my key. As he tried to take responsibility, he never picks up the call and is hard to reach. After weeks of trying to reach him, he finally took the time to go to the dealership and replace the key and said would pay the bill and the man has been a ghost since then.
