Karen was amazing! She was right there letting me know every time a listing came up. It took 2 months to find something but it was so worth having Karen with me . Professional, patient, and informative!
I wish I could give her negative stars. This realtor , a.k.a “A Karen in the wild” listed our house and then literally went on vacation for two weeks directly after getting us to sign her contract. However, within those same two weeks, an offer was made, accepted and lost due to her unavailability to make the necessary timely inspections, appointments and communications between us, the buyers agent, and third party inspections. So, the easy and obvious thing to say is that we would not have pulled this off without Karen Orsolics. We have purchased and sold 10 houses over the years and this one was going to be the most difficult for no other reason than the covid pandemic.
