I would high recommend Carl for anyone selling or buying a house. We inherited a house in Yardley pa. We didn't want the house so a friend recommended him. He walk me through the whole process from start to finish. The house was in need of some repairs and he found every contractor we needed that did good work at reasonable prices. Everytime we turned around there was a showing. He helped get things donated that needed to be. Carl did a great job helping me get started with an investment property. Overwhelmed as one would be who has never invested he gave me great info on past and potential appreciation, cash flow, and the tax benefits real estate provides. I definitely recommend him and look forward to doing business with him in the future!
Carl was so patient with me during my 2+ year search for a home. He took the time to preview homes to weed out the ones that he knew I wouldn't like and always ready no matter the time or day. Once I found a house I liked, he negotiated on my behalf and got me the house of my dreams beating out other higher offers because of his reputation in the area. I recommend him to all my friends and family. In fact, he impressed me so much I married him.
I have used Carl several times over the years when both buying and selling my homes (as have family members). He is personable, easy to talk to and super helpful. You can tell he is someone firmly entrenched in the industry giving great insight on the market, types of homes, advice on what’s realistic/what is not, and the nuances of the financial side of the business as well. Carl is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and has amazing connections in the Yardley/Langhorne/Newtown area.
