Dreadful agents, Ben Brissi and Zach Joslin, I wouldn't recommend them or Aevum or anyone at Brissi Group ever. Bought a house from them as buyers agent in 2025 and they totally missold at a much higher price. They gave terrible advice and service and they never once contacted us since, and the whole BHHS company seems a total joke. Also they knew we wanted a house that had a quality roof but we later learnt if it's not concrete, then you need to pay a lot to replace it later. Don't trust any of these guys ever
