Quality product and fast service. The shirt was just as pretty as I hoped. Looking forward to wearing this military green silk shirt and a little boho.
This was my first purchase and one dress had a large mark down the chest. Another dress I ordered was not sent and instead I received a body suit. After many emails back and forth, they agreed to refund my money once I returned the goods but are making me pay for the return shipping! It was due to no fault of my own and they are charging me return shipping which by the way is not cheap. I will not be using Bhfo again.

Sent me two pairs of shoes that were damaged and I’m going through the most annoying process trying to return them. They were very inexpensive and it probably is costing the company the same price to ship them back which makes me think they are going to resell them. One of the boots has marker drawn down the sides and one of the shoes looks like someone went at it with a Brillo pad. Customer service was so rude too.
