BHFO has failed to supply a missing item in an order placed with them in December. A pair of pajamas was ordered, the package contained only the bottoms. No top. Customer service is a joke, they have canned responses saying they’ll get back to me as they are on overload etc they refer to a nonexistent team . This company needs to be put out of business. It appears I am not the only one who has been impacted by their shoddy business practices. Is this a money laundering front? An investigation needs to be made!
