I received poor medical care from Dr. Remillard's office and I believe my visit caused me harm. His nurse sprayed water in my right ear and I left with a feeling of water trapped inside. Later that night, I developed ear pain and by the next morning, I had a painful earache. Three months later and I'm still dealing with these symptoms. My new ENT told me that Dr. Remillard's office used the wrong method of treatment on me. My new doctor uses a vacuum suction device to remove ear wax.
Our family loves this health care group.
I was hesitant about booking an appointment here after reading all the responses. Well they are all true. This doctors office does not return calls. I seen this dr two weeks ago, and have yet to hear anything back after leaving two voicemails. I have since had to book another appointment with another dr.
Dr. Remillard is great and he is very kind and thorough. His front desk receptionist is very unfriendly and not helpful. She is abrupt and has no compassion for patient's needs. But he is worth the pain once you get to him.
Dr Refilled himself is great but his office is the worst. They over book appointments and you will never be seen quickly. The office staff is not friendly and apparently not even thorough. I'm finding a new doctor now as they called in my blood pressure Rx with the WRONG DOSE! Half the dose that I've been on for a year! If this had been an elderly patient who didn't check the dose they would not have gotten the needed medicine. Just not good...
Very attentive and not quick to rush you out the door with prescriptions in hand. I rather wait a little in a room knowing he's giving his utmost attention to his patient's needs - not to mention that he saved my wife's life (abscess appendicitis).
Dr. Remillard is the Best, He's Extremely Compassionate! He Listens & Spends Time With You! Office Staff Is Unfriendly Except Regina she is Very Sweet! But Remillard is Awesome & would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Remillard is our family physician. He is wonderful, listens, takes the appropriate action to do anything we need. He has seen me thru a stroke, and my husband is in Hospice care now for alzheimers, parkinsons and heart problems. Dr. Remillard is the one we trust and helps us thru all the questions and getting us what we need. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a caring, down to earth family physician.
