Dr Remillard was very patient, knowledgeable, gentle and kind. His staff is very efficient and smart
He’s patient and extremely compassionate. He tried his best to help his patients.
Dr. Remillard is a nice person but is NOT doctor material. He can’t remember anything. Ask questions he already knows the answer to. Has very little knowledge of Rx drugs. But the biggest complaint is the staff there. Zero compassion and extremely rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. None of them should be in THAT line of work if they don’t understand what it means to show compassion and caring. They are all very cold n callus. Heartless individuals. He asked many questions and always wants to know your situation. Never rushed out or feel like I'm not important. Can be a wait in the office. He is just one person and doesn't rush patient to patient. I will continue to use him.
The nurse and dr.Remillard are both super nice and listen to patients and parents
I love Dr Remillard he always listens to me and is honest about what he does and does not know...an honesty I most greatly appreciate. He goes above and beyond for his patient. I love his nurse Joan she is simply wonderful and truly make you feel like you are family when you are there. Regina the office manager is just the sweetest with her warm smile. I truly love not only Dr Remillard and his down to earth style but his whole office they are wonderful.

He reminds me of the good old days when your doctor knows about you , do care about you and you have the trust and confidence that he will help you. Worst ducking doctor ever never really checked my mom well numerous times I seen her so i that I recommend her to be taken to the hospital when he didn’t. Now she’s gone and he refuses to fill out paperwork for the insure ave it’s been at the facility for 6 months now. Saying he doesn’t k ow about when he clearly signed the bottom of it but didn’t fill out her medical info. We have always been able to get in in a reasonable amount of time. Usually the same day. Dr. Remillard is awesome.
