Worst front desk staff. Never answers the phone call, always goes to voicemail and extremely rude. Tells me they don’t know what pre authorization is! How is it possible that a doctor’s office does not know what a pre authorization is! Ridiculous patient service!
Dr Doshi spends as much time as you need with you, and actually LISTENS to every word you say. Which is super rare now a days. Plus the office staff is really nice, friendly and professional. I was shocked at the whole experience to be honest, because my last Dr (& the office staff) was nothing like this. Very glad I switched, and I highly recommend Dr Doshi!

Buyer/Patient BEWARE: After this visit, I Immediately changed PCP! Doshi is rude, unprofessional and spent less than five minutes in the room. Had all medical records and refused to see or read them. Don't understand how he has a high rating on here. Doshi didn't review the health records documents I brought in with me, his staff was unprofessional AND kept my credit card during the visit on their desk- then two days later from appt a $725 charge went through on my debit card. they misspelled my name, and the charge on my CC... read more
