After years of twice yearly appointments two of my children had multiple cavities- over 10 a piece - not recognized at this Cary office. Idk if it was Dr Wiist or poor equipment at this office. But children do not end up with 11 and 16 cavities that lead to root canals in 6 month time - we liked Dr Wiist and the staff but based on this experience we can not recommend
