Was a new patient. Made an appointment that was several months out. When the time came close I never got a confirmation call or email. I showed up to my appointment that was at 9am. Sat in the room for over an hour never to have anyone come in. If you scheduled so many patients that you can't see them at the time given them, then how worried should I be about the level of care I will receive. I ended up walking out and still being charged a co-pay.
