He is never available. I came here twice and the staff at front desk Chinese are really rude. I wanted to do walk in she said we are not a walk in clinic. And never accepting patients. Doctor is to treat everyone not to just sit and earn. Shame on you people
I've been calling Bharat Kalra's office for so long. I've made around 20 calls and have already left messages, but there's still no reply. I really like this clinic, but they don't answer the phone and sometimes don't pick up for a very long time. Then if i go there, they say, "You can't come without an appointment." But if you call, they don't answer the phone. I don't know what to do ? Very bad 👎
One of the worst service. never ever answer the calls.call back time is 24-72hr. Doctor Karla is Good and helpful but to get appointment is so hard because of communication traffic.

Terrible experience. This doctor was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. They didn’t listen, rushed through everything, and showed no real concern for my health. It felt like I was just a number, not a patient. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
