I've been calling Bharat Kalra's office for so long. I've made around 20 calls and have already left messages, but there's still no reply. I really like this clinic, but they don't answer the phone and sometimes don't pick up for a very long time. Then if i go there, they say, "You can't come without an appointment." But if you call, they don't answer the phone. I don't know what to do ? Very bad 👎
One of the worst service. never ever answer the calls.call back time is 24-72hr. Doctor Karla is Good and helpful but to get appointment is so hard because of communication traffic.

Terrible experience. This doctor was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. They didn’t listen, rushed through everything, and showed no real concern for my health. It felt like I was just a number, not a patient. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking in basic compassion or communication. I felt rushed, unheard, and even disrespected. It was clear they had no genuine interest in helping me—just in getting through the appointment as fast as possible. I would never trust this doctor with my health again. Stay far away.
