Granger Medical has the worst billing department I have ever seen! Everyone in the billing department is completely incompetent, lazy, stupid, and unable to perform remedial math. Billing for me and my family has been wrong so often that I now expect to spend hours waiting on the phone or trying to explain to them how a statement is suppose to work.
