I tried to get help managing my diabetes and unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. I absolutely recommend Dr. Iyer to anyone needing an endocrinologist. She was on top of my thyroid nodule and I was able to easily make appointments to follow up with her every few months while she monitored them and my bloodwork. Once my biopsy came back suspicious she was quick to give me the next steps and was caring and compassionate, as I was very nervous about the results. Never listens. Always feels like she doesn’t care. My hormones are changing and I tell her that I’m sweating so much is this normal being that I had a thyroidectomy (full) she says “you need to see a dermatologist for that so they can give you lotion.” I was so confused!
