These people are the worst you can ever find to work with! I felt more comfortable on my final at the college than preparing all documents they asked for. You can’t communicate with Alison on proper way, she sends you at the end of each email what you need to say. If you say the same thing on different way, she asks you to repeat everything the same as she required. That is crazy!
