Recently had my home inspected by Bob. After I have moved in, I found that my furnace was leaking gas, so the gas company came to shut it off. Today (around a month later), I found that my AC does not work. He was very friendly and kind, but I am very disappointed as these are two major issues that should have been found.
Bob is the best inspector in town!! I highly recommend him, he gives you a detailed and through report. Bob showed up on time and makes you feel comfortable with your home inspection and guides you through the process! I HIGHLY recommend, I wouldn't use anyone else!
Very detailed inspection. Bob was great to work with and is still available to answer questions. Much, much better than the franchise inspection businesses that work for the realtors.
