My boyfriend (he is leaving a great review also) and I have been a client at BH a little over a year and we both think the entire staff is wonderful!!! They always treat us with kindness, respect and compassion. I have been to 2 other facilities in Laurel & Cherry Hill and BH is by far a much better Facility. This place punishes you for everything! False positive drug screens all the time... (I am not kidding!) Everyone gets false positives, but because we are addicted to methadone, he knows no one will believe us, over the (good doctor) They don't want you off the medicine. The urine samples sit in a box (not refrigerated) up to 3 days! Don't come here... They pick and choose rules . They promise one thing and do another. Complete fraud of medical services. Abusive of clients similar to opiate street trade. Even the " security" doesnt have enough self respect to have a name just a letter. Culture ? How?Never once met my counsellor in 2 years in person, so i have come daily while counselor has her kids on zoom while clients are talking.They make you sign your treatment plan as part of your check in process. So in essence, withholding the medication from clients until they sign. Let's be honest when withdrawing are we competent? I mean legally ... read more

I mean legally so much leniency is geared toward the addicts I wonder why? It's in best interest of places like this to take advantage of vulnerable ppl.
