This guy is the reason I have spent my Christmas break taking five minute showers and not flushing the toilet when I pee. If he cares that little about his neighbors, why would you think he cares about his customers?
Thanks to this company and their irresponsible actions we now have several counties under a mandatory conserve water order with unnecessary cost burdens passed onto several thousand home owners & businesses to help mitigate reserves. Bravo!
HORRIBLE! This Company's owner helped contribute to one of the GREATEST water leak issues in Syracuse's history by putting up a temper tantrum and not allowing OCWA (water authority) and equipment access to his crap property for MAIN line water repairs. This eventually contributed to the largest leaking November/December 2025. >>> OCWA said in court papers it tried to repair the leak on June 4 with permission of the landowners.
