I moved from out of state and made the mistake of leasing the apartment on line. I could not physically visit the place as i lived in texas. And most of my money was spent on the move here. The rooms are extra tiny. The through the apartment was stained . Instead of them laying new carpet. They didn't put in a new toilet seat as caked up urine stains was on the one provided . If I could give no stars to this company I would! I was scheduled to move in at one of their properties & my move in date has been pushed back at least 3 times! They don’t care about anything but the money. I have reached out in regards to having my application fees refunded & the leasing office nor the corporate office has bothered to answer any of my emails or calls. So unprofessional!

Hello, I’m writing because I’ve been in my apartment for almost a year. And it’s been nothing, pest issues ever since. Every month I’ve had to request pest control, but my issue has not been resolved. I want to request an outside exterminator. No one at this company has seem to be able to help me with my issue. I put in a request for a phone call, but no one had called me back.
