called and spoke with Brianna and basically got told to call back tomorrow. she didnt apologize and basically said she is the manager .. the server. . and the cook so she cant help it.

I waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers/fries and 1 slider/fries. The cook was very unfriendly when I approached the counter and the person plating the food was really struggling. The person taking the orders was extremely apologetic because she knew how terrible of service we received. The burgers were dry, cold and I didn’t get our fries until we were leaving so we had to get them to go.... over an hour after we placed our order.

I would never recommend this place! I went today for the first time and the salad I ordered was a side salad portion for $9.49. The sliders a friend ordered was two burgers cut in half. Not worth the money and burger buns were cold.
First time here...all I can say is WOW!! Hubby and I stopped here not knowing anything about this place. We were on vacation and just wanted a burger. Juicy, fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Memphis!!!

Went today for the first time and was very pleased with the service and quality and taste of my burger.
Normally a 4 star burger joint but today the worst burger I’ve had in my life. Miniature patty, and burnt, old lettuce, 1 strip of burnt bacon. No mustard, nor ketchup. So infuriated with this type of service, when my wife brought it to the hospital to me. I thru it in the garbage, and ate the food that the hospital brought to my room. Never again will I patronize a place that would serve its customers trash. I would never put out product like this, and I wouldn’t except it from any of my employees. Burger joint ���.

It was awesome. We are from Hattiesburg MS. We were looking for somewhere to eat before the wedding and we were going to Chipotle. So glad we didn’t. I loved the burgers I got the sliders. Awesome. The service was great and friendly.
