Hired to install an RO faucet and connect the RO water to our RO-capable InstaHot. They did not tell us they couldn’t drill a hole through our countertop and charged us $225 for the “service call” where they did nothing. When they returned to install it after we had another company drill the hole, we specifically spoke at length about connecting it to the Instahot and they went to the store (charging us for their time) because they had not brought the correct connectors. We had a damaged sewer line caused by a building demo, and I can’t say enough good things about B&G Exc. & Plumbing Inc. They responded quickly, clearly knew exactly what needed to be done, and got the job finished much faster than we expected. Their crew was professional, efficient, and left everything clean when they were done. I highly recommend B&G for anyone needing plumbing or excavation work—top-notch service from start to finish!

I could not ask for a better company. I went through a major family emergency while also having a bathroom leak that caused a ton of damage. They did a great job on a house water main line replacement. It was a big job and they were prompt, polite and reasonably priced. They also were pretty straight shooters which we appreciated, other companies we felt gave us the run around and had all sorts of “add ons” and over complicated approaches. Would use them again.
