Had a property with a suspected cesspool (due to age of home and "buried object" found on scan) but not a lot of other info to go off of. B&G bid the decommissioning along with a few other misc. plumbing items including diagnosing either a clogged sink drain, or drains that could potentially go to an old cesspool. Hired to install an RO faucet and connect the RO water to our RO-capable InstaHot. They did not tell us they couldn’t drill a hole through our countertop and charged us $225 for the “service call” where they did nothing. When they returned to install it after we had another company drill the hole, we specifically spoke at length about connecting it to the Instahot and they went to the store (charging us for their time) because they had not brought the correct connectors. Been using B&G for years. Concrete Plumbing and HVAC. Called them out and they were there within the hour and diagnosed the problem and were flexible and listened to my budget concerns and did the job as I wanted.
