Great company, people and products. We are a certified BG installer shop and offer all their products at all three of our locations.
I got my BG petrol additive at the 2017 Scottish Bike Show to put in my 16 year old Yamaha XV1600 V twin it has 23000 on the clock and I have only had it a year I put 6000 miles on it last year and was using Shell nitro thinking it was cleaning the engine. Anyway I put the BG product into the tank and after about ten miles my god it was like the bike took spinach just like Popeye it went nuts. Do not easy your time and money on Frank and BG bad news
The sales rep did a demo on my skoda fabia vrs. Inlet clean and engine flush. The car developed a tapping noise as it was running with the flush in (this is normal said the Rep). Finished the treatment, fresh oil, started up, loud knocking from engine. Oil strainer blocked, starved top end of oil ruined the camshaft and lifters. Company took no responsibility at all even sent an engineer out who stripped top and bottom end of engine to find the damage. 2 months later we managed to get the rep to pay for a new camshaft (very ... read more
