They're Like signing a deal with the devil and the basement has mold the building isn't accessible for the elderly and was told we can have a kiddy pool either. They have been ignoring my disabled grandmother and harassing her and she is in real Bad shape the stalk the building at night. They won't compromise with the oldest individual in the building and wont renew her lease during the Covid and have left nasty emails telling her to leave. I live in a place and I was charged 50 dollars for some boxes that was not mine then another 50 for unclogging my drain due to hair in there that was not mine. Put in a request to change lock due to the lock on my door is very old still not new lock. Won’t be staying here for long. When call corporate office receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend them
They make you pay for application and you never hear anything back from them. It’s been almost a month since I’ve applied and didn’t hear if I was approved or denied.
Beware! This company is extremely unprofessional. During the application process, after not hearing back for a couple days, I called them for an update. I was told that the guy who handles applications had left early that day for an emergency, but he would call me back asap with an update. After the third day, I still had not received a call back, so I called again for an update. I was told my landlord had not responded back with a verification of tenancy, so they gave the property that I was interested in to the next person... read more

Our main criteria – proof of income as it relates to rent, background check, and landlord verification – must be complete before we can fully approve an application. Absolutely horrible, even considering taking legal action so future tenants will not have to go through what I did. I signed a lease with BG Lein management for the duration of 08/01/2018-08/01/2019. I did not experience any issues with BG Lein management while renting with them, but the apartments were dirty and always reeked of mold. This is old.. But, I used to live in their property for 3-4yrs. And management lost my rent pmt. (Told me to pay cash ) Then try to take me to court.. and mess up my credit... Bad company to rent from...
