I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting from BG Lein Management to do extensive research before signing a lease. My personal experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated by my rental company, especially by Jake Lein. I have lived in my unit for decades. This has been my home for a significant portion of my life, and throughout that time I have experienced multiple changes in management. With every management change came new employees, new procedures, and, apparently, failures to maintain accurate and consistent documentation.
