great service, friendly staff
Once you go to B&G, you never go back (to other car mechanics). I’ve only had excellent experiences at Baizer & Grimmett and with their team members, shout out to John! I’m sure this is true for all customers but I especially felt this as a young woman - who doesn’t have much interest or knowledge of cars. I felt I was given full transparency for the fixes my car needed, no upselling or taking advantage. I’m going here for all my jeep related needs as long as I’m in LA!
