Welcoming atmosphere, great place to work out
I love BFT! I’ve lost 17 pounds in the last 3 months since I started coming 4+ times a week. I hadn’t been in a good workout regimen in years, but I started coming to BFT 1-2x/week for a couple months, realized how much I enjoyed it, and ramped up my frequency, and since in my progress is really accelerated. Wow!!! I’ve been going to BFT for a year now and I’m not bored. And I’ve lost weight. And I’m finally stronger.❤️❤️
I’ve loved my year with BFT! It’s allowed me to love exercising again and have confidence in my strength training especially! The coaches are great and attentive and the programming takes all the guesswork and decision making out of it. Would highly recommend it to anybody!
I love BFT! It is the first place that I have been able to consistently attend. I love the coaches and the other members. It feels like a family! I am a women in her 50s who is not super strong or in great shape but I know that in the last 18 months I have gotten stronger and more fit thanks to BFT! So glad to be a member.
