I joined BFT Heidelberg three months ago and it’s honestly been the best fit for me after trying other similar programs over the years. The structure at BFT just works, smart programming, great variety, and sessions that push you without feeling chaotic. BFT Heidelberg is a gem! My partner and I have recently joined, and have had such a positive experience with the team, and are really enjoying the workouts, that are well thought out and varied. There is a lovely welcoming atmosphere, and the workouts are so much more enjoyable than going to a regular gym. Sessions are a highlight of my day!
The trainers are awesome, knowledgeable, encouraging and always willing to help you get the most out of the workouts. The variety of classes keeps things interesting and makes it easier to stay consistent. The community of people here is always friendly and welcoming which makes it a great place to stay motivated. Really happy I joined—already seeing great improvements in my health and fitness in a short time and I’d definitely recommend to anyone!
