Loving the hell out of BFT Grovedale!! The trainers are really welcoming and attentive, giving great coaching on my technique with variations on exercises to suit my personal level of experience. Each session is different which keeps it interesting and after a month of training I'm already noticing a big difference in my strength and body condition. Very grateful for BFTs polite persist reminders over many weeks to get my ass in there, you get a 10/10 from me.

I visited this site, and even in the middle of the day it had a really nice vibe. People introduced themselves, and the coach Tom was super friendly and involved in my session, helping me with my technique and encouraging me to increase my weights. Really nice open space, coffee machine and great facilities.
Can’t rate this gym highly enough absolutely love it. I have been able to bring the kids along who watch from the kids space so I can work out. The equipment and space in general is top quality. So grateful for this gym and community.
