I’ve been going to BFT Grovedale for 2 months now and I absolutely love it, and I’m already feeling stronger! Not having to think of what I’m going to do as it’s all set up, makes it so easy. The class times are perfect to go around work or later in the day if I have a day off, and the recovery zone is perfect for a mid week reset 🙌🏼

I absolutely love BFT Grovedale. I joined a number of years ago and am almost at 1500 sessions! The 5am starts are still questionable! Ha, but the fact I actually want to get up and go still says everything! The trainers are all so good, the sessions are always different and I love that they push you but also help you work to your own level. But honestly, it’s the people that make it.
