Trained here for years and will always visit when I come home. The program is great, friendly coaches and community. ☺️
I normally train at BFT Hornsby, but while spending a week in Coffs Harbour, I joined the local BFT studio every morning with a friend who was trying it for the first time. From day one, we both felt completely welcomed — the coaches were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They prioritised technique and performance, always quick to offer helpful pointers when we had a blind spot or were looking a bit unsure. A really welcoming and encouraging environment! We stopped into Coffs for a few days while travelling and as BFT members, it was nice to walk in and feel like we'd been going to this gym for years. The trainer was helpful and supportive and had a good knowledge base of what she was teaching. I'd 100% recommend visiting if you're in the area.
Amazing atmosphere, community vibes, and coaches (shout out to Goetz!) Flexibility offered with class times. Would 100% recommend
