If I could give negative starts I would. The technicians are wonderful, understanding and kind. The company itself is terrible. We were originally waiting on repair of the water and icemaker on the fridge (known issue) We didn’t notice originally that the crisper was freezing things. Once we noticed it we reported it to the property management company immediately. This was February 10th.
