All they care about is money. They will nickel and dime you any chance they get. Go elsewhere. I was a loyal customer of this home warranty company for years. Recently, my furnace was confirmed to be working after two service visits, but my home remains freezing cold. They said the issue was identified as the thermostat. I’ve been a loyal customer of this home warranty company for years and have referred many of my clients to them as a Realtor. Recently, my furnace was confirmed to be working after two service visits, but my home remains freezing cold. The issue was identified as the thermostat. Horrible experience. I had to have an outlet replaced. I had the dresser already pulled out. He went to pull it out more I said wait let me grab an end DONT MOVE IT ALONE. It’s heavy it will twist the legs. Finished said job and I came in and it was pushed back. I address ed that right away and asked him why he did that. We looked the legs were jack up and broken. Blatantly incompetent. Our water heater was leaking and they were contracted with our rental property group to fix it. They came out late at night, shut off our water heater, and the guy would not replace it. We offered to pay with a card and the guy refused. He wouldn’t give us his supervisor‘s name and he left us without hot water which is illegal in the state of Nevada
