My pick up was postponed on Monday the 19th of July. Pick up was supposed to be Tuesday. No one showed. Wednesday the truck stopped by the house but didn’t pick up the trash. I called the BFI office in Chicopee at 3 PM when I noticed I still had trash. I called the BFI office in Chicopee but no one answered the phone. I have been a customer for years so I don’t understand what is happening.
