Grand rapids location for receiving is horrible used to be a fcfs then appointments don't call or show up before your appointment and don't expect fast service they hold u to a appointment that means nothing they will get to u when they get time all other location are great Denver co awesome California great it's the newer staff just lazy no motivation

Driver had a delivery appointment at 11AM. He checked in at 9 am and was out by 10 AM. Great place
sales team has horrible salesmanship, better to approach Nexus or Farm tek if you want sales or service that you can stand on . I called in this afternoon wanting a specific information on a model that I already have a PDF on from another provider and the sales guy was rude and pretty much lost in $85,000 sale there are a better companies with better sales people out there avoid it all costs
